YOUR PRE-SUMMER OBJECTIVES

Hello, dear readers!
It took one week to find all those bikinis of the last post but finally, here I am, writing about something really important for your summer to be ABSOLUTELLY perfect.
It is very important to have things in orther before going, so you know exactly what are you aiming for.
First of all, we should start with the objectives BEFORE summer. The question is: can we wear a bikini? Vannesa and Miley could, but Mariah...not so much! Although her swimsuit is lovely : )
As well as these two bikinis!
DO YOU WANT TO HAVE THE PERFECT BODY?
It is actually very simple, and it can take about two weeks. It doesn't take going to the gym for hours everyday of the week or even not eating. Just take a look at these little advice:
You should eat. Yes, that is what I said. Not eating makes your digestive system work for less time, and it is like all of the other muscles in the body, if you don't exercise, they don't work properly and when you use them it can hurt, I mean it. But also control yourself, make your stomach smaller by eating less quantity and NEVER EVER do this convination:
protein+carbohydrates
This means a lot of sugar going into your body that if it isn't used it will turn into fat
You should only make this convination:
protein+vegetables/fruit
You can eat as much as you want without putting a lot of weight on. At night, it is preferable to eat only vegetables or fruit and if the protein that has less calories is fish, but you could also get chicken. Meat isn't the best choice in times of diet.
This diet can be stopped on the weekends, when you can eat whatever you want but with moderation, because then your return to healthy stuff will be harder on Monday, know what I mean?
It is not necesary to do a lot of exercise, if you are lazy for doing sport or go to the gym. With a minimum of 30 minutes daily it's enough, and it doesn't have to be intensive running or anything. Just by walking around, or skating for example. You can go looking around shops if you preffer.
I have called this magical diet THE ILOVEMYDIET DIET, you though it would never come to you but here it is! I hope it works on you as well as it did on me!
